IN THE EVENT OF ANY PRODUCT BEING UNAVAILABLE AFTER PURCHASE , KIDS UNLIMITED WILL REFUND THE CUSTOMER THE FULL COST OF THE PRODUCT/PRODUCTS.
Kindly note we will not dispatch any products that may be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery. For instance you may have purchased a product which was in stock and during dispatching if we find it to be faulty or damaged we will be refunding you the full purchase price.
Any item/product(s) purchased by a customer can only be returned within 7 days of such purchase. If any products are returned after a period of 7 days, such shall not be accepted and no refunds will be paid regarding same. However, some products/items cannot be returned and the sale shall be the final sale and any returns shall not be accepted.We will also not be able to accept the return if the item/product
2. exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
3. is returned without original packaging and accessories
4. contains a serial number which is tampered.
5. If it’s a discounted item.
